Lately I've been buried under a heap of chores. My conscience begins bickering every time I treat myself to some free time; "Do this, do that" it says. All I can think of is tiding my room when I'm watching a movie. When I'm tiding my room I think of all the books I should be organizing. While I struggle juggling all these things I try to get some creative activities in the mix, like sewing. Sewing cats to be more precise. Little cats, big cats, blue cats, green cats and all the cats in-between.

Summer is a bothersome time for me. Don't get me wrong, I do appreciate the warm weather, but I absolutely dredd all the annoying bugs that are out for my blood. And don't get me strated on the nasties that have been hiding under the blanket of snow. During winter I kidd myself into thinking that everything stands still, and I become lazy as a result. Suddenly Summer slaps me in the face. I'm left standing with hairy legs, a sunburn on my nose and a pillow-tummy. It's overwhelming how fast everything changes. Spring is over before you know it.
